Verify your email account

Dear Customer,

As always our customer's security is our top priority and we start an activity on 16th January 2021 where we are going to delete or close customer accounts with an unverified email address.

if you still did not verify your account, please do it now by following the instruction below or if you have already verified your email address you can ignore this message.

 

Instructions on how to verify your email address:

  1. Go to Client Portal -> https://www.portal.resellerbytes.com/login
  2. Log in with your email address and Password
  3. Once you are logged in you will be prompted with a notification
    1. Message: Please check your email and follow the link to verify your email address.
    2. Click the button "Resend Verification Email"
  4. An email will be sent to your email account with a verification link click on it and verify your account.
  5. If you do no see a notification do the following:
    1. go to the profile by clicking here -> https://www.portal.resellerbytes.com/user/profile and check your account status underneath the "Change Email Address" heading you will see your account status it should be "Email Verified" if you still see "Email Not Verified" please check your inbox you should have an email from us with a verification link.
    2. If you've deleted the email you can request a new email by opening up the support ticket here.

 

Note:
If the account is not verified before 20th January 2021 you will lose access to your account and data and we cannot revert it back.
